Co-founder of Familynks, Joséphine Tillaye-Duverdier has been practicing family law for 15 years. She has built up a solid experience that feeds her practice every day with women and men who are going through a crisis, are in the trials or, more simply, are wondering about the stakes of certain structuring decisions for the future of their family.

Joséphine Tillaye-Duverdier approaches each new file with the same ambition: to implement the best strategy by trying to preserve a harmonious and constructive dialogue between the parties through
the search for amicable solutions, using alternative dispute resolution mecanisms as soon as possible: collaborative process and mediation.
Beyond her legal skills, Joséphine Tillaye-Duverdier is distinguished by her profound humanity, which is undoubtedly the basis of her vocation as a lawyer. Passionate about her profession, Joséphine Tillaye-Duverdier has a certain taste for reflection and legal innovation. She writes numerous articles and is regularly invited to speak at symposiums and conferences on current topics in family and estate law.
Joséphine Tillaye-Duverdier is also a member of the Family Commission of the Paris Bar Association, the Institute of Family and Estate Law and the French Association of Collaborative Law Practitioners.
Holder a postgraduate degree in private law (Université Panthéon-Sorbonne Paris I) where she wrote her thesis on family law. She took an oath in October 2008 at the Paris Bar.

Co-founder of Familynks, Céline RICHARD has been practicing family law for 13 years. With kindness and competence, she defends, advises and assists her clients in the important stages of their family life and the organization of their assets, both in domestic and international law.

Her main area of practice is international family law, with a predomiance on all matters relating to international family contracts (family agreements, parental plans, marriage contracts, international wills), illegally displaced children and international divorces, particularly in the United States, the Middle East, Europe and Asia.
In order to provide effective and lasting solutions to expatriates, she works in close collaboration with a network of renowned foreign lawyers.
For the past 6 years, Céline RICHARD has been conducting webinars and publishing articles dedicated to international family law for the « Union des Français de l’Etranger », the website « Femme Expat » and the newsletter « FrenchMorning ».
A practitioner trained in the Collaborative Law Process, she is a member of the French Association of Collaborative Law Practitioners.
She is also a member of the Institut du Droit de la Famille et du Patrimoine and participates in the work of the International Family Law working group.
Holder a Master’s degree in Social Law (Université Panthéon Assas Paris II) and a Master’s degree in Marketing and Management (Institut supérieur de Commerce de Paris ; Céline Richard has a double degree in law and marketing. She took an oath in February 2010 at the Paris Bar.
Marylou Viou
Associate Lawyer
Graduated with a french and german law degree (Zwischenprüfung) and a Master in criminal law, Marylou VIOU was admitted to the Paris Bar in february 2017.

She worked during four years in a general practice where she handled cases in family law, personal injury law and private law.
Passionate about both the human and technical nature of family law, Marylou VIOU has decided to devote herself to it fully.
She joined Familynks as an associate in January 2021.
Dynamic, Marylou remains constantly attentive to the interests of the firm's clients and favors the amicable settlement of family issues.
Ombline de Beaurepaire
Associate Lawyer
A graduate of the University of Panthéon-Assas, where she wrote her thesis in family law, Ombline de BEAUREPAIRE has been a member of the Paris Bar since April 2023.

Aware of the complex legal issues and the importance of the human concerns raised by family law, Ombline de BEAUREPAIRE decided to specialize in this field.
Attentive, dynamic and rigorous, she intends to do her best to defend the interests of the clients, giving priority, as far as possible, to alternative dispute resolution methods.
Gabrielle Gaudré
Associate Lawyer
Gabrielle Gaudré graduated from the Master 2 in Personal and Family Law (Panthéon-Sorbonne University) as valedictorian, where she wrote a thesis on matrimonial property law.

Gabrielle Gaudré passed the entrance exam to the Paris Bar School in 2021 and completed her final internship at the Familynks law firm, where she has been working as a collaborator since taking her oath in December 2023.
Attracted in solving complex family situations efficiently and with peace of mind, Gabrielle Gaudré chose to specialize in personal and family law while developing her skills in property law in order to
provide a complete legal expertise in all types of family litigation.
Empathetic, determined and an attentive listener, Gabrielle Gaudré prefers alternative dispute
resolution methods.
